Delete Your QJenza Account

Last Updated: 25 August 2026

QJenza users can request deletion of their QJenza account and associated personal information.

QJenza is a product of QJei Group.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your QJenza account in one of the following ways.

Option 1: From the QJenza App

Where the account deletion feature is available in your version of QJenza:

Sign in to your QJenza account.
    Open Settings.
Go to Account or Privacy & Security.
    Select Delete Account.
    Review the information shown.
    Confirm your deletion request.

For security, QJenza may require you to verify your identity before processing the request.
Option 2: Request Deletion Through QJei Group

If you are unable to access your account or the in-app deletion option is unavailable, you can submit an account deletion request through the official QJei Group contact channel.

When submitting the request, provide enough information for us to identify the correct account, such as:

• Your full name
• Business name
• Registered email address
• Registered phone number

Do not send your password, OTP, PIN, or other authentication credentials.

The request may require identity verification before account deletion can be processed.

What Happens After You Request Deletion

Once an eligible deletion request is verified, QJei Group will begin the account deletion process.

Depending on the account and business structure, deletion may include:

    • QJenza user profile information
    • Personal contact information associated with the account
    • Authentication-related account data
    • Business profile data where applicable
    • Customer, supplier, inventory, operational, and other business records associated with the account, subject to applicable retention requirements
    • Uploaded files associated with the account where applicable

Some information may be deleted, anonymized, or retained where required for legitimate legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory purposes.

Outstanding Financial or Administrative Matters

Business Owner Accounts

If you are the owner of a QJenza business account, deleting your account may affect access to the entire business workspace.

Before deletion, QJenza may require you to:

• Transfer ownership to another authorized user, or
• Confirm deletion of the business workspace if no other owner exists.

This helps prevent accidental loss of business information.

Staff and Invited Users

If you are a staff member or invited user rather than the Business Owner, deleting your personal QJenza account may remove your access without necessarily deleting the business or its records.

Business information belonging to the business may remain available to authorized Business Owners or Administrators.

Data Retention After Account Deletion

In some circumstances, account deletion may not immediately remove certain records. Examples may include:

    • Outstanding subscription obligations
    • Payment records
    • Refund or dispute records
    • Security and fraud-prevention records
    • Legally required accounting records
    • Audit records necessary to maintain financial integrity

Where retention is necessary, access to such information will be limited and the information will be retained only for the required purpose and period.

QJei Group aims to delete or anonymize eligible personal information after a verified account deletion request.

Some limited records may remain in backups or archives for a reasonable period before being overwritten as part of normal backup rotation.

Information that must be retained under applicable law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes may be retained for longer.

Can an Account Be Restored After Deletion?

Once account deletion has been fully completed, the account and deleted information may not be recoverable.

Where applicable, QJenza may provide a short confirmation or recovery period before final deletion.

If such a period is provided, it will be clearly communicated during the deletion process.
